This policy explains cancellations, replacements, and refund eligibility for orders placed on Centurion Peptides.
Due to the sensitive, research-only nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once an item has left our control, we cannot resell or restock it.
Cancellations can be requested only before your order ships. Once a shipment is in transit, we cannot cancel, modify, or intercept it.
If you contact us after shipping, we may still assist with delivery issues, but cancellation will no longer be possible.
Please inspect your package on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and help.

If approved, we may arrange a replacement. In limited cases, a refund may be approved by our team.
Refunds are not automatic. They are issued only if specifically approved by our support team, typically for wrong item shipped or damaged/defective product confirmed through review.
