Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations, replacements, and refund eligibility for orders placed on Centurion Peptides.

No returns (research-use products)

Due to the sensitive, research-only nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once an item has left our control, we cannot resell or restock it.

What this means
  • We do not accept return shipments for any reason.
  • We do not offer refunds simply due to change of mind or ordering the wrong item.
  • If there is an issue with your delivery (wrong item / damaged / defective), we may offer a replacement or a refund only if approved (see below).

Order cancellations

Cancellations can be requested only before your order ships. Once a shipment is in transit, we cannot cancel, modify, or intercept it.

How to request a cancellation
  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  • If the order has not shipped, we’ll confirm cancellation status.

If you contact us after shipping, we may still assist with delivery issues, but cancellation will no longer be possible.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your package on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and help.

Eligible issues

Wrong item shipped, missing item(s), damaged packaging affecting product, or a defective product on arrival.

What to include

Order number, clear photos of the product(s), packaging, shipping label, and a short description of the issue.

What we may offer

If approved, we may arrange a replacement. In limited cases, a refund may be approved by our team.

Important notes
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may be declined.
  • Normal variations in packaging or labeling (without product damage) may not qualify.
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address input at checkout may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Refunds (if approved)

Refunds are not automatic. They are issued only if specifically approved by our support team, typically for wrong item shipped or damaged/defective product confirmed through review.

Refund timeline
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take up to 15 business days to appear.
Non-refundable situations
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Ordering the wrong item/quantity
  • Orders already shipped (cancellation not possible)
  • Issues reported outside the claim window
